FIT workshops woodingdean, brighton

We love running workshops — and we think they are a really good way of gathering invaluable and often inspired information from you or from your clients.

Our workshops

FIT® workshops

We have developed FIT® workshops that help you Form Intelligent Territory. We look at what you do, how you do it, what you excel at and what you would like people to think about you. Then we go away and put together our thoughts on how your story can be told.

If you would like to know more about our FIT® workshops then drop us an e-mail or give us a call on 01273 670 100

Oh and just because we liked the acronym we turn FIT® to FLIRT® — by showing you how a Logical and Robust marketing plan will ensure that all of your clients get how FIT you are (did you see what we did there?).

7 Steps To Your Marketing Strategy

Our 7 steps to marketing strategy workshop is a three to four hour workshop where we work with the people who work in and on your business to consider the key components and needs that will help form and inform your on-going marketing strategy.

  1. What's your story (values, ethos, points of difference, personality, distinction)
  2. Audience insights (target audiences, who are you 'selling' to, community, seasonality)
  3. Social life (Facebook, Linkedin, Blog, website, You tube Pinterest, online communities, friends we want)
  4. Traditional thinking (PR, print, posters, promotional items, exhibitions/trade shows, networking, events, workshops, speaking engagements)
  5. The side effects (your customers as the star, you as experts, building your network, crm policy, time/resources, induction resources)
  6. I have a dream (remarkable ideas and thoughts of the team)
  7. What's the time? (schedule, key dates, relevant industry or client events, testing and monitoring)

Linking up with LinkedIn

Due to popular demand we have developed a linkedin workshop. It's a three hour workshop and up to 5 employees can attend. The workshop provides all attendees with some really practical overviews and insights into how to use linkedin effectively for business. It is an interactive workshop and each attendee should leave with

  1. a profile summary
  2. a ‘connection’ offer e-mail (detailing why you would like to connect)
  3. a thank you acceptance e-mail (detailing what your company does)
  4. ideas and thoughts on the type of people to target
  5. tips on how not to become a social media menace
  6. understanding the page — a detailed look at how linkedin works and why the ‘People you may know’ may not be people you want to know.

If you would like to talk to us about our linked in workshop call Jo on 01273 670100 or [email protected]
