We know what it's like, you are so busy juggling your business plates that you haven't noticed that one of the plates is firmly on the floor - your website. You know you need to work on it - but where to start?

Well we can help with that.

First - You and I sit down and have a good old chat about your business, your hopes and dreams for its' future and a look at how you got here (from there). Then armed with all these insights I carry out a review of your site, looking at the design, calls to action, imagery, accessiblity and and how well it fits with your brand look and feel. Next we take a sneaky peek under the bonnet at the content management system to see what updates, optimisations and improvements you have admin rights to manage (even if you are not 100% sure how to use the system).

Second- we put together an 'Owning it' proposal suggesting what improvements we could make within an agreed time frame and budget. In the 'Owning it' proposal we recommend the best way forward - to help create a site that makes you bristle with pride and represents your business in the best way it can.  If you like the cut of our jib we get to work - either on your live site or, depending on the platform you site is built with, we can create a dev site that you will have complete access to during the renovation.

We will also put together your very own 'Site companion' that shows you how to make the updates and changes you may need to make sure you really are 'owning it' on an ongoing basis.

Third - we agree a care plan - this is the bit where we can part ways and you can pick up the guantlet and keep your site looking its very best.. Or we can agree a small monthly fee where we pop in and make updates and changes, perhaps adding new content or images to make sure the site stays so fresh you can almost smell it.
