From the beginning of our relationship we are Frank! enough to be up-front about our costs so you don’t get any nasty surprises.

We detail what we will do, and how long it will take us to do it. We will always highlight were additional costs may be incurred in the project (for example if a print specification changes or we need to commission additional images or illustrations) and get agreement on the cost of these prior to them being incurred.

Our day-to-day expenses are included and where we think extraordinary expenses (overnight accommodation or air travel for example) may be required, we will highlight this.
