We supply quotes before we start work, outlining the days allocated to the project, including meetings, commissioning, documenting, and so on.

Our day-to-day expenses are included and where we think extraordinary expenses (overnight accommodation or air travel for example) may be required, we will highlight this so that we can try to avoid additional costs unless strictly necessary.

However tight the budget, we work within it and at the end of the project we will review the costs with you to ensure the budget was spent effectively. We treat your money as carefully as our own.
