Aspirations Active.

Aspirations active provide support for people with a learning disability.
They are an inspirational team who work in a 'person-centred' way finding
out how a person wants to live and coming up with a plan to make it happen.
We have helped them tell their story using simple language, engaging
illustrations and bold colours.
